The Flemish Government decided to offer a new digital service to her citizens : building permits online. This digital service will be constructed with open source software to reduce costs and offer a high-level technical software-platform. Every citizen all over the Flanders region will be able to consult his digital file online about building permits. It is a huge and ambitious project that will show all the benefits on using open source for a large-size project.
